At Kai Tama Co, we take pride in carefully inspecting every kendama before it ships.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Normal wear from use
• Cosmetic changes resulting from play
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care

Kendamas are skill toys crafted from wood. Minor variations in wood grain, color, and texture are natural and make each piece unique.
Over time: dents, scratches, paint wear, and other signs of use are a normal part of the kendama experience and are not considered manufacturing defects.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aloha@kaitamaco.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.
